Overview
CKB Recruitment are pleased to be working with an independent Commercial Insurance Broker, who continue to display impressive year on year growth, and who have just moved to a new bigger office in Sutton, and as such are looking to add to their friendly and ambitious team. They offer a great place to work, in a warm and friendly yet career driven setting, with excellent on-going training. They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy customer services team. The successful applicant will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ commercial insurance experience. You will be required to handled existing customer calls, advising them on commercial insurance renewals as well as other general enquiries, handle complaints and deal with general day to day administration. To be considered for this role you will need to have demonstrable commitment to a previous employer, strong customer service skills, exposure to commercial insurance, strong IT skills, strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and be somebody looking for a genuine career in commercial insurance. Starting salary available is £18-24k. There is also the opportunity to earn performance related bonuses on a monthly basis in this role subject to the achievement of certain objectives. There would be an OTE circa £1500 in bonuses on an annual basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm from their offices in Sutton, Surrey This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing insurance business, with onward progression as you progress, and the business continues to grow.
