Are you an experienced Administrator with technical knowledge looking for an exciting new challenge? We are now looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Pre-Development team based in Exeter. This role is offered as a 12-month Fixed-term contract. What will you be doing? As our Pre-Development Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for the coordination of all our responses to pre-development enquiries, these include the reviews of planning applications within the business. You will provide administrative support relating to reviewing of planning applications and delivery of point of connection responses which will include reporting and scheme progress. The Technical Administrator will maintain key project documentation: accurately completing, recording, logging and storing key documentation to ensure that all engineering projects have a clear and concise audit trail. You’ll input project specific data including VOWD forecasts into Ellipse, based upon information provided by the team. Additionally, you will ensure that the project team is well informed of performance through regular and accurate reporting systems. What do you need? Experience of manipulating and analysing data effectively Effective verbal and written communication skills Logical and analytical approach to problem solving Ability to manage high volume workloads with ability to organise logically and methodically Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines What can South West Water offer you?
