MG128 - Communications & Engagement Manager 12-month FTC London Salary: up to £58,000 One of the world's largest international accounting firms is looking for a new Communication & Engagement Manager to engage their people in their Assurance function (c.3,500 employees). The Assurance services comprise of Audit, Financial Accounting and Forensic services, but this role will focus on the Audit teams. You will work closely with various stakeholders within the group, including senior partners and Deputy Head of UK Audit. You will: Lead a communications audit across all current C&E activity. Design and implement a communications framework for Audit that compliments the Assurance activity. Ensure all Audit internal messaging is consistent and aligned with Assurance. Be the C&E point of contact for the Head of Audit / senior partners. Work closely and flexibly with the Assurance C&E Manager on broader campaigns. To be considered, you will have: Experience working with large matrix financial or professional services organisations. Proven experience of creating and executing internal communications messaging. Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex, sometimes technical or specialist content. Experience of working with and influencing senior executives / leadership. Experience of managing/coaching people and teams.
