Overview
an established and well repected insurance broker seek a Customer Service Insurance Advisor to join their Motor Trade Road Risk team in Halesowen. Within this key role as Customer Service Insurance Advisor you will be responsible for handling customer queries, compiling, processing and administering insurance services including MTA's and renewals. You will have an upbeat and bubbly personality and will also need to possess an excellent telephone etiquette, be organised, able to prioritise work accurately allowing you to deliver both quality and quantity. The ideal candidate will have a proven background within Customer Service ideally from an insurance background, or maybe you work within an insurer or broker and seek a Customer Service role. Experience in Motor Trade, Private Motor or Bike would be advantageous but this is not essential as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to play a key part in an expanding broker with national presence. Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch) Holiday: 20 days BH Annual Bonus: circa £1,000
