Overview
Title : Project Manager Need a passionate Project Manager who manages project beyond project plans, handle engaging customer interactions and deliver exceptional quality solutions using modern technology platforms.The Project Manager will take responsibility for managing a number of related work-streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. The Project Manager would be responsible for defining and strategising project plans deliver digital initiatives.The PM will ensure appropriate resourcing and assist with budget management to accomplish delivery of scope and meet project goals on time. Your Responsibilities: Effective start-up, execution and close-down of projects and programmes Alignment of project with business benefits realisation. Ensuring systems of record for project reporting are kept current, and direct and monitor work efforts on a regular basis. Ensure product requirements documentation and use cases are created to clarify project scope and objective Ensure the design, development and testing of the systems solutions Coordinate the design, documentation and training of supporting business process Establishment of effective project governance Managing project finances in collaboration with the client Ensuring the effective resource management and alignment between all involved parties (on-shore and off-shore, plus client and 3rd party as necessary) Alignment of project with client strategic objectives, scope and requirements management, invoking change control procedures as appropriate Providing proactive resolution of issues and mitigation / containment of risks and associated impacts. Managing and maximising client stakeholder relationships. Preparing concise and impactful presentations for senior leadership on the regulatory and compliance portfolio and on the mandate platforms Tracking and managing project costs, resources, change requests, risk and issues Delivery of complex requirements and problem solving skills Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead efforts to streamline processes Identify resource constraints across other work streams and projects to mitigate risk Skills Must have 8 years of Experience in Project Managementpractices in digital initiative, with 4 in Hybris, E-commerce, Travel and Telecom. Must have 3 years of Telecom Experience Must have hands on Expertise working with Travel Clients on Hybris and Extensive knowledge of Travel Accelerator. Experience with Agile methodologies and supporting tools. Agile Methodology: Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification Requires solid experience managing multiple, cross-functional projects or programs Pro-active: take action when required, lead to a solution Negotiation skills to achieve optimal solutions for complex projects/ challenges Stakeholder Management (Ongoing, dynamic, active engagement with all stakeholders) Business acumen with strong focus on customer facing activities. Ability to lead customer focused innovation Experience with Travel and Telecom industry Ability to effectively deliver the programmes through various methodologies. Solution oriented-ability to think fast and move quickly, leading the team to find the right offerings to meet customer need. Possess Bachelors degree or equivalent.
