Role: Our client is looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Manager, however may also consider a experienced Senior Recruiter or Team Leader. Its a fast paced environment, and they are after someone that can lead the Team while having a compassionate tone dealing with Heads of Healthcare Depts. As this is Recruitment you would naturally be responsible for setting Targets and KPIs along with hiring new staff.
