However your values and vision are Good Project Management experience, strong IT skills and an electrical background are also great start to support your application Office based in Central London your day will involve: Quoting - pricing, surveys and cost management Project Planning - commercial installations Project Management - manage all aspects cradle to grave Evaluation - performance against KPI's Subcontract Management & Selection - assess & select, cost, time, quality & safety In-House Installs - assess in-house team, cost, time, quality & safety Requirements: 2 years of project management experience - electrical installation/construction Previous experience of managing commercial installs, small and large, with civil and electrical elements using both in-house and subcontract field teams Electrical installation background Keen focus on Health and Safety Passionate about green energy Excellent written communication skills Confident talking to key project stakeholders Comfortable working with numbers and data Calm under pressure and ability to make quick decisions Package & Benefits C£45,000 basic salary Flexible working hours and a casual dress code 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Very generous maternity and paternity leave scheme Pension scheme Eye care scheme Bike to work scheme and discounted gym membership An extensive non-fiction library to provide a bit of inspiration Working for a company who are making a difference Bring your dog to work days Interview process Initial telephone conversation (15-20mins) to gauge cultural fit and synergy.
