Managing Director / MD - Cyber Security - Consulting - Equity - London My client is a fast growth high-end consulting firm directly engaged in the provision of enterprise-scale solutions across a broad range of customers. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual that is looking for a role that can offer a significant earn out within 3-5 years on top of a generous annual package. You will be responsible for all Cyber professional services activities and will be accountable for the execution and performance for consulting across the whole of the Cyber Security business. We are looking for an exceptional business leader with a strong Cyber Security industry background looking to effectively build their own business within an established and recognised Consulting firm. Essential - MUST HAVE 10 years of experience Cyber Executive Leadership with a proven track record of developing successful teams within Cyber Consulting / Professional Services A background in the business unit capabilities with experience in high growth companies Cyber Industry product knowledge sufficient to provide direction and guidance to clients and associates Demonstrated P&L, service delivery performance and professional services leadership experience Client-focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external clients Proven business performance management, and business resource planning experience Demonstrated strong leadership with the ability to influence and motivate Networking People (UK) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
