Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (London). Would you like an opportunity to take real ownership of your success? Unlike many of our competitors, we have a split-desk approach, which means you can dedicate your time to finding candidates from our huge database, assisted by your LinkedIn Recruiter seat. As a Recruiter you'll be set up for success from the start; here you'll benefit from top of the range tech, dual screens with off-screen calling, neat wireless headsets and access to unique training sessions hosted by senior colleagues. You'll also have the chance to specialise in a particular technical discipline, growing your market and tech knowledge to maximise the value you can provide to both candidates and clients. You've got commercial experience as a recruiter and proven experience delivering revenue through placements You're competent dealing with all stages of the candidate recruitment life cycle You've got comprehensive market knowledge, and are keen to know more You have an organised approach to work and always endeavour to provide a service based on integrity You have a professional client-facing character You'll be based at our London office, a brand new, sleekly furnished building on Cheapside; a location so well-appointed you more or less step off the train and into your desk chair.
