We are headquartered in Madrid, Spain with around 500 employees across the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Mexico and Colombia. You'll be joining our bright team in central London, working in one of our fastest-growing markets. What you will do: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing workers. * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our recruitment solutions according to clients' needs. * Become an expert of Jobandtalent's internal system and tools. * Running recruitment operations based on clients' requests. * Get in touch with suitable candidates and arrange their recruitment. * Engage in face-to-face interviews, calls and group interview sessions. * Cross-functional collaboration with the Account Management team. * Achieve against a set of pre-agreed KPIs on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. To summarize: your job begins the moment the sales department closes a deal.
