Overview
Our client based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will work within residential conveyancing and will be used to handling high volume case files. You will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised. You will also thrive on working to tight deadlines. You will be responsible for on-boarding new clients from initial instruction, constantly maintaining customer updates, liaising with sales negotiators, solicitors and government organisations on a daily basis, taking each property to exchange of contract and completion. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be educated to 'A' level / degree standard.
