Although experience isn't essential as a Residential Support Worker you will be required to work with vulnerable adolescence within a secure care environment in which many individuals will have difficult or challenging behaviour. This role isn't just your average 9-5 You will be required to work a variation of early and late shifts based on 4 days on 2 days off this will also include weekends.
