Overview
An experienced credit hire solicitor is sought for a leading personal injury and credit hire specialist firm in Cheshire (with the opportunity for home working). Based out of its modern office just outside of Northwich, you will be working within one of the leading credit hire departments in the region. Your new role will see you given full responsibility and autonomy with your own caseload of litigated & technical credit hire matters. You will handle each claim through its full cycle from first instruction through to completion. You must be a qualified personal injury solicitor (RTA solicitor/credit hire solicitor) with a proven track record in handling similar matters. As the work you will be undertaking will be heavily litigated, it is essential that you have litigation experience and sound knowledge of the litigation processes.
