Overview
The Work Shop are happy to be working with their client based in Ringwood who are looking for a full time customer advisor for an exciting, up and coming magazine campaign which varies from all different ranges of magazines. If you have experience in customer service and enjoy communicating with the public day to day then this is a great office based customer service role to get into. With an exciting role working with a magazine brand, our client is looking for someone who has: Excellent telephone manners and enjoys interacting with others Is great at decision making, and problem solving. Has excellent attention to detail Previous Customer Service experience is desirable Main role and responsibilities: To provide excellent customer service - through telephone manner, email and webchat. To communicate efficiently with customers using Social Media. To take responsibility for not just vocal communication but also back office administration tasks. To help customers place orders, take payments and deal with general enquires about their subscription. To provide customers with an excellent experience To respond to customer queries quickly and effectively Hours vary between Monday-Friday with shifts of 07:00am - 15:30pm/ 09:00am - 17:30pm/ 11:30am - 20:00pm on a rota basis, occasional weekend work. Salary - £17,076.80 plus bonus.
