Join a rapidly growing Management Consultancy firm as a HR Generalist Your new company This rapidly growing business provides Business to Business and Business to Customer professional services both in the UK and Internationally. Aimed at providing support to clients through each stage of business growth, their expertise lie in driving expansion and profits for a variety of clients across multiple industries. Your new role Acting in a generalist capacity, you will act as an essential support across the entire business. Working in the People Department, this role will allow you to collaborate with all business units to ensure continuity and growth across administrative duties as well as general HR. Your responsibilities will include: Provide HR and employment advice to clients Leading the recruitment process: attraction, interviews, on-boarding Managing the on-boarding for external client staff and working closely with their in-house payroll, preparing offer letters, contracts, right to work etc. Maintaining and updating the internal HR software Negotiating external recruitment TOB if needed Ensuring compliance across all documents Actively develop the well being initiatives including personal rewards for long service, birthdays, anniversary's etc. Coordinate new started equipment and desk set up with Office Manager Update the benefits First Aider and Fire warden All other HR or Admin support as required What you'll need to succeed Be approachable, highly organised and like a faced paced/ varied role CIPD Level 5 - 7 Excited to speak to clients, employees and new people Keen to improve - The rapid expansion will allow you to personally progress within the company also Excellent written and verbal English What you'll get in return You will be a valued member of a supportive team £25,000 - £25,000 121 Coaching Regular reward and recognition opportunities (including bonus scheme) Inspiring, bright and entrepreneurial colleagues A bespoke compensation and benefits package to focus on your individual needs/ lifestyle Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
