Overview

The company; My client is an exciting and innovative business with employees globally. The role; Based in the Newcastle area, this is an interim role for a period of 3-4 months, supporting the Managers and Directors across the business with people related matters. Key elements of the role include; advising managers on ER issues within their team supporting the performance management process coaching and advising line managers where necessary working as part of the wider HR team on a variety of projects You must be available to start immediately The person; To be considered for this role you will have operated in an industrial environment such as engineering or manufacturing. You will have operated as an HR generalist, supporting managers on complex ER issues and performance situations. You will be good at building relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
