Overview
Global Investment Manager based in the City is seeking to strengthen its Investment Operations Department with the addition of two Settlement & Asset Servicing Administrators on a contractual basis until June with a possibility of further extension. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid background in equity settlement (domestic and global), unit trust processing and stock reconciliations. You will be required to: " Processing transactions " Trade matching and settlement of Equity, Unit Trust (as a direct investor), Fixed Income, Derivative, cash and FX trades " Processing confirmations " Arranging stock transfers " Manually performing stock reconciliations and resolving stock breaks " Processing and confirming stock broking trades " Reconciliation of broker commission " Processing IFA and management fees Applicants will have experience of the process of global trade settlements from start to finish and will have experience of using CREST / EUROCLEAR.
