We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a candidate with a strong technical computer background coupled with great customer service skills to join our IT Department based at our Turnford, Hertfordshire Office. The IT Service Desk Engineer role will involve supporting both internal employees and external clients with IT incidents and requests, where you will proactively seek resolutions always ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained. Based at our Turnford, Hertfordshire office, you will be part of our wider IT department who support all of our ICS Brands, you can expect full support and guidance from our team. Responsibilities: Responsibility for resolving IT incidents recieved via telephone, email and in person Ensuring all incidents are logged Proactively seeking resolutions for customers, enuring they are kept up to date on progress Provide technical support on all IT matters Creation of accounts for new users Support the company front and back office applications About You Ability to work alone and as part of a team Excellent communications skills Strong Customer Service skills Self motivated Qualifications Experience within a similar role is essential Knowledge of MS Office 365 Knowledge of MS Client operating system Knowledge of the following is desirable - Multiple MCP, ITIL, Avaya telephone system,Cisco, VMware, Thinclient, Terminal server What we can offer you In exchange for your hard work we can offer you excellent benefits which include 25 days annual leave bank holidays which increase with years of service, company pension scheme where we match your contribution up to 5% plus many more excellent benefits.
