40 Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm TLC Homecare are recruiting a Compliance Officer who will play a vital role in our compliance process, ensuring that Service Users’ paperwork is prepared, distributed and audited alongside achieving compliance targets within the service area. We would like to hear from candidates who meet with the following: · Proven experience within the Domiciliary Care Sector · Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2 (or willingness to work towards) · Excellent customer service skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · PC literate with a knowledge of all Microsoft packages Duties and Responsibilities: · Creating monthly paperwork for service users in line with organisational policies · To organise the delivery and return of service users monthly paperwork in line with the organisations policies · To be responsible for auditing service users’ monthly paperwork in line with organisational policies · To track the paperwork alongside maintaining the Service Users database to ensure accuracy · Filing of service user paperwork in line with procedures · To organise and conduct, planned and unplanned direct observations in line with compliance targets and organisational policies · Provide actual figures of audits and direct observations on a weekly and monthly basis to the Registered Manager · To communicate effectively with service users, staff, colleagues, GPs, Social Workers and other members of the multi-disciplinary team to promote a high standard of care.Ensuring information is shared on a need to know basis and in the best interests of the service user The role is predominately office based but may involve some community based work.
