We are currently recruiting for a Care Manager to join one of our clients team assisting the Registered Manager. This role will suit either a Deputy, or Team leader, or a successful Care Manager who wants to join a supportive organisation. Contract hours: 40 hours permanent. Salary £22,880 plus additional payments for out of hours on-call and bank Holiday Working . As the Domiciliary Care Manager you will: Support and assist the registered Manager Deliver the highest standards of care, service and staff support across all aspects of the business Identify business development opportunities and network and strengthen the brand locally Take responsibility for service care and staff compliance ensuring company policies and CQC regulations are adhered to Complete client reviews and assessments Deliver Staff supervisions Manage your teams effectively, delegate workload Maintain our positive culture, our values and aims and objectives To be considered for the Care Managers role you will: Be innovative and able to work on own initiative Must have previous experience managing teams in a care setting Have experience in leading and managing care teams and you ill be well organised with excellent customer care skills. Be able to multi-task, implement team meeting and adhere to company policies and procedures. Be a positive person with a can-do attitude Have Proven Track record to be a team player and understand the Domiciliary Care Industry Be able to work your hours flexibly to meet the needs of the service Be a car driver Essential Qualifications: Management of Staff Understanding CQC ( Understand documents) Must be willing to do Level 3 minimum Child care and Social care Relevant experience at senior level Able to be managed by a strong leader with high standards 40 to deal with work commitments Monday to Friday 7am - 9am start, latest finish 10:30pm You must be able to drive for this role with your own insurance to transport people (service users and Team members) Dress code must be smart office wear, but when out with service users smart casual.
