Overview
Care Assistant - Barnsley and surrounding areas. Medacs Healthcare is recruiting for Care Assistants to provide vital care and support to people within their own home. You will have the rewarding job of- Enabling service users to remain independent within their own homes. Assisting the service user to remain an active part of the community and encouraging social activities. Assisting with personal care tasks, including assisting with washing, dressing and toileting. Meal preparation, assisting with medication. Shopping and light domestic tasks. In return Medacs Healthcare offer you- Competitive rates of pay- £9.00 to £9.50 per hour. Paid Mileage- 20p Per Mile. Paid travel time Paid induction training Ample career development opportunities, NVQ opportunities, specialist training, and the prospect of becoming a Senior Carer. Support carrying you through from interview stage and beyond. Successful candidates require- Full drivers licence and access to car. Proof of right to work in the UK.
