Sapiens Decision is seeking a Sales Manager - an individual who has a background in software sales, with a particular focus on selling to the banks (mortgage experience a big plus), insurance companies and/or large capital markets firms. Sapiens Decision is a preferred solution for banks, insurance companies and capital market firms across the globe. Servicing operations, compliance, digital transformation, mortgage processing and regulatory needs. About the role … You will: Act as a key contributor to the UK direct sales operations within the Financial Services Markets with a key focus to drive increasing market share and license sales revenue for Sapiens DECISION through direct touch with prospects, customers and strategic alliances. Drive and grow Sapiens Decision revenue in line with corporate objectives, create and develop pipeline working with other pipeline contributors to achieve lead generation goals. Work closely with the product, marketing, partnership and professional services teams for pipeline creation, management, and collaborative sales initiatives. Work closely with other Sapiens Decision sales professionals nationally as well as ensure results are achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis while remaining within agreed budgetary guidelines. Lead the in formulation and administration of local sales strategies and policies. Manage sales activities to ensure best practice and maximum win ratios. Encourage a culture of teamwork, openness and hard work through strong performance management. Skills and Experience required … Our ideal candidate is a results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment. This individual requires strong communication skills to present and adapt the Sapiens DECISION business case in collaboration with client senior executives and coordinate sales efforts with internal teams across the globe. Strong leadership skills and out-of-the-box thinking skills are necessary to adapt to a very dynamic environment, develop new approaches, and renew energy to achieve higher market share. In addition to this we need you to have: Extensive experience with recent direct sales of enterprise software sales within the UK. Proven successful sales track record, including significant sales management Experience in a complex selling environment Proven experience selling Multi-Million dollar deals, meeting and overachieving quota Experience selling complex Software Solutions to the Financial Service and/or insurance industries Experience selling BPM and/or BPM type solutions a significant advantage Demonstrated success in high value, relationship basis, B2B selling. Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining executive level relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the confidence required for public speaking. Experience using classic and innovative approaches to sales management, coaching and training.
