IT Service Desk - 1st Line . My client based just outside Swindon - Wiltshire , are looking for an Helpdesk / 1 st Line IT Support person with tech skills in Active Directory, building/imaging laptops/desktops and MS Windows. You will be required to apply for Security Clearance to SC level after joining, if you do not already have such clearance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented 1 st line professional with an aptitude for problem solving IT issues with excellent customer support skills. You will be working as part of an onsite services team delivering quality front-line support with a key focus on delivering to the customer within the agreed SLA’s. You must have: Experience of 1 st Line technical support. Active Directory. Experience of building/imaging laptops/desktops. MS Windows. Excellent client facing skills. Good communication skills (written and oral). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team. A strong ability to work calmly under pressure. Role involves the deployment, support, maintenance and changes for: IT Trouble Shooting Basic IT House Keeping IT end user support. IT devices (e.g. Laptops). Print Services. Audio Visual Services. Operating systems, such as MS Windows.
