Currently working on behalf of a leading financial services client as they undergo a huge migration. They are on the hunt for a solution designer to support the day to day architecture and technical analysis requirments for the programme delivery. The indiviudal is going to work closely to the programme delivery team to support their target operating model. As well as this it is essential the indivudal as experiance of understanding change mangement processes and agile principles. They are also going to contructively achieve solutions fit for process. TO be sucessful in this role the candidate will have the following - Owning technical requirments and gatheting end - to - end with business key stakeholders. -Customer engagment experiance is essential -Experiance delivering large scale transformations -Highly skilled and experianced in industry - standard agile methodologies such as scrum and Kanban -Experiance working with framework standards such as TOGAF ,Jira,Confluence Or Atlassian.
