Overview

My client is looking to recruit into a newly created position an HR Administrator to support the Director. It is an exciting opportunity to join at a time where the role will grow and develop over time. All general office administration duties, HR related First point of contact for all staff arriving into the business Maintaining employee records; updating databases internally, logging staff sickness etc. Providing the department with relevant employee information, running reports, i.e. holiday and sick days taken to aid payroll (payroll experience not required) Assisting with payroll processing Assisting with recruitment of new staff Typing up offer letters and contracts for new employees and workers Assist in the processing of all pre-employment checks Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing staff expenses Managing the HR inbox. Respond to reference requests for current or ex-members of staff
