Overview
Are you an experienced Senior Manager looking for your next opportunity? Badenoch & Clark Housing & Third Sector recruitment team have been engaged to find an experienced leader to take on a permanent contract with a reputable Charity Housing Association. This role will consist of leading a broad geographical area of diverse services providing support to a YP client group exposed to homelessness. As a member of the organisations senior leadership team, you will drive operational excellence through the implementation of a robust performance management framework as well as be accountable for your division's overall budget. Key duties for the role will include: Ensure services use the organisations policies, procedures and processes to achieve objectives and to contribute to the continuous improvement of these Develop professional partnerships with other voluntary and statutory sector providers to inform better practice and develop a collaborative approach to service planning and delivery for a wide range of service users Drive change within the Supported Housing team through effective and innovative leadership Build effective and productive working relationships with commissioners and other stakeholders across the region Lead on strategic growth working with the Business Development Team to identify new business opportunities, inform the organisations tender submissions and bring new services into the organisation The successful candidate for this opportunity will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience: Previous senior management experience of multiple services Experience driving business growth Demonstrable experience of building relationships with key stakeholders and commissioners This role is a permanent vacancy based in Central London which will present the opportunity to grow your career with a forward thinking, ambitious organisation.
