Overview
Expereinced Java Developers required to work for a blue chip leading financial services organisation in Manchester I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Java Developer for a leading financial services organisation based in Manchester who are seeing significant growth for their popular flag-ship product. As part of the role, you will be working across multiple phases of software development within a project or dealing with the most technically challenging assignments. You will be taking responsibility for the design, coding, testing and documentation of particularly large, complex or mission critical programmes. Your responsibilities will be creating and amending complex programmes in accordance with the design, following relevant code management procedures and applying agreed coding standards. You will also be building an expert level awareness of relevant software design techniques, development tools and processes. Your main technical skills should include: Java 1.6 - 11 Spring Jenkins or Nexus Git Experience in working in web services, cloud tech such as AWS Agile Ideally you will have strong commercial experience in the tech stack above, be enthusiastic and keen to always develop and learn new skills.
