Quality Assurance Administrator
Overview
Our growing Worcester based client is looking for somebody dynamic, confident and proactive who enjoys a fast-paced team environment as a Quality Assurance Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive business that believes in career development and ensuring the welfare of their employees. The main purpose of this role is to complete high-quality testing of software as part of systems development in line with system User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will identify and test service changes and improvements to the business systems and processes by utilising service information, identifying the underlying business issues, and designing, testing and implementing solutions, ensuring a quality delivery. In this Quality Assurance Administrator role, you will use your first class communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, ensuring all parties are clear on development specifications, timescales and expectations. If you’re a strong Administrator with experience in a similar position who is confidence in the use of MS Office including Excel and Outlook then we want to hear from you. You will have also had experience of software testing, especially in User Acceptance.
