Job Title: Senior Software Test Engineer (to become Test Team Leader) Salary: c£45,000 benefits Location: Cardiff We seek a skilled Software Test Engineer to join an expanding organisation within easy access of the M4. We are looking for somebody who has ambitions to become a team leader/Test Manager. You will work closely with development teams in an agile manner and will have experience in a range of test automation and experience with API/integration and regression testing. Previous experience of being a team lead isn’t a must have but a solid base of technical skills to draw on and previous experience of being involved in discussing testing approaches in a wider audience is a must. Required skills/experience of the Senior Software Test Engineer: · Agile/Scrum environment experience. · Leadership experience or a involvement in leadership decision making. · Knowledge of automated load/performance/integration and/or regression testing. · Any of these or similar: MS Azure, MS Visual Studio, Selenium, TestRail, OctopusDeploy, Jmeter.
