Helpdesk Technician – Liverpool - £25k Adria Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Helpdesk Technician to join a growing company based in Liverpool. As Helpdesk Technician you will provide day to day IT and general operations support and administration duties across the business. The Duties of Helpdesk Technician will include but not be limited to: Helpdesk Management including: Capturing and recording tickets in the Helpdesk/Teamwork System, owning tickets through to completion regardless as to who is delivering the outcome and identifying problem trends Produce management information reports from operational databases Maintaining and producing IT and operational manuals, policies and processes Working with the Business Analyst/Project Manager/Third parties on specific projects Equipment Acquisition, set up, allocation and destruction to support internal and external business requirements The ideal candidate will have: Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties Great knowledge f operating systems, networking, hardware and software An awareness of IT Security Accurate keyboard/ data entry skills Effective oral and written communication skills including excellent telephone manner Helpdesk Technician – Liverpool - £25k This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are one of the UKs largest independent providers in their field .
