Overview

This new IT Helpdesk role has been created though expansion of a large retail business who are experiencing huge growth and require some additional tech support to ensure smooth running of day to day activities. Client Details This business are a nationally recognised brand with a structured and established Head Office based in Liverpool. Description Key responsibilities will include; Speaking to colleagues based around the UK and supporting with basic IT related queries Logging tickets and escalating queries that require a specialist view Working alongside HR to ensure all new starters have the required equipment for their first day - inc setting up laptops, phones and installing software's, printers etc Project work and support all new implementations Sending out communications internally regards to any changes to access or general updates Profile The successful candidate will have; Some experience working in a similar role Excellent technical ability and able to confidently problem solve Excellent knowledge of setting up laptops, printers and mobile phones Basic experience working with code Experience working with Microsoft Excel and able to run reports for managers Academics in IT, A Level / Degree or similar Job Offer This role is offering; Excellent opportunity to join a growing business, permanent positions may come available Starting Salary around 19,000 Holidays, pension, health care, free car parking and other excellent benefits all included
