Overview
My client, a contractor accountancy service, are currently looking a Client Relationship Manager to bolster their London based business development team. The role is extremely important in that it involves building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, predominantly recruitment companies, in the hope of gaining referrals for temporary staff who require a payroll solution. This is a remote based position however you will be expected to attend sales meetings in the central London office from time to time. The Role - Generate referrals from recruitment companies for temporary contractors - Building relationships with recruitment companies that specialise in the supply of temporary staff - Regularly undertaking client meetings and working out in the field - Ongoing account management to ensure exceptional customer service - Creating and updating relevant details onto the CRM - Attending sales meetings in the London office when required - Providing verbal and written KPI reporting to the Sales Director and Managing Director - Promoting the business and demonstrating cultural values of the company The Candidate - Ideally has strong industry knowledge (from a payroll, umbrella, finance or recruitment background) - Has B2B sales experience (ideally field based) - Has a full driving licence - Has a genuine passion for fantastic customer service - Has strong networking and relationship skills - Is flexible in their approach to work and can easily engage with clients Salary & Benefits The salary for his role is £30-£35k plus benefits which include £5k car allowance achievable OTE circa £50k 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing on service) Uncapped commission and incentives Interested in this position?
