Overview
Maintenance Engineer We are currently recruiting for a skilled maintenance engineer in the Aldridge area. As a Maintenance Engineer you need to have a electrical background The main purpose of the role - To ensure that the maintenance, upkeep and operational Health and Safety requirements of the working machinery is kept at a standard required to contribute to the successful operation. As a maintenance Engineer you will be reporting to the Ops Manager Main duties for a Maintenance Engineer P.A Testing in Central and Head office ensuring legal requirements are met for the year. Construct a planning maintenance system ( PMS ) Ensure maintenance is carried out in line with the PMS and is documented with all associated files and recommendations recorded and prepared for audit. Ensure all statutory maintenance is carried out by external bodes to comply with both current legislation and the company's safe system manual. Ensure all work carried out is done safely in line with the company's Health and Safety Policy and the correct PPE is worn at all times. Ensure that risk assessments and safe systems of work are fully complied with. Ensure that working areas are kept in a tidy condition at all times with tools, spares & working materials being stored in a correct manner. Details: £14.50 per hour 40 hours a week , any hours after 40 are paid at £21.75 Working hours - Monday - Thursday 8am - 16:30pm Friday 8am - 15:30pm Location - Aldridge , Walsall Temp - Perm for the right candidate Please make sure your CV is up to date and that you only apply if you have an electrical background.
