Overview
PA to Headteacher Needed in Birmingham Smile Education are currently working closely with a school based in Birmingham who are looking to appoint a PA to the Headteacher. You will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to the Headteacher and will be working alongside a supportive and cohesive administrative team. Duties: You will be required to liaise with the Headteacher on a daily basis, managing their diary as well as completing set tasks and following them up. You will be expected to filter telephone calls and emails, passing the necessary information across to the Headteacher. You will undertake general administrative duties such as filing, drafting correspondence, photocopying, laminating, and faxing. Additionally, you will be asked to support teaching staff with various tasks across the school.
