Overview

An international Higher Education body based in North West London is looking for a payroll experienced HR Manager to manage staff, encourage a culture of high performance and provide hands on management of HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead such projects as compensation, payroll and benefits, employee relations, recruitment and on-boarding and L&D - Develop and review HR policies, keep up to date with Employment Law. - Identifying L&D needs for employees and manage appraisal process. - Management of HR staff. - Monthly preparation of payroll and benefits administration. - Lead on complex ER cases. - Co-ordination of staff recruitment. - Preparing reports for SMT using HR systems. Skills and experience required: - Higher Education background desirable. - CIPD Level 5 qualified ideally. - Hands on, people person with the willingness to learn and cheerful communication skills. Salary and Benefits - c£31,500-£33,500 per annum. - Full Time Permanent. - Excellent benefits
