Overview
Training Offered Top Conveyancing Team Future Management Opportunities Brand new opportunity at this major Top 200 law firm who have recently expanded their conveyancing department due to client demand and received an influx of new work. The conveyancing team are based in Stockport with easy rail and motorway transport links as well as local parking options. The role will see you manage a caseload of circa. 80 files with a mix of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and shared equity matters however it is not expected you have experience in all of these areas and training will be provided. You will be working with a national client base and will be in a fast paced environment. Ideally you will have gained 2 years' experience within conveyancing and have the ability to run your own caseload. There is currently a mix of work in place, provided by local sources such as estate agents & lenders as well national conveyancing panels. It is pivotal that you are able to multi-task and work to a high standard whilst doing so, as this department is continuining to grow so it may be expected to train new staff, supervise and fee earn in the absence of senior conveyancers. Salary is based on experience level however will fall between £21k - £25k with a fantastic benefits scheme (pension, healthcare, medical insurance, on-site parking, etc) and bonus package.
