A multi-office firm with several offices in Cheshire/Greater Manchester is looking to recruit an additional conveyancing solicitor to join their residential property team in Stockport. Joining an established and growing conveyancing department, your role will be to manage a broad/varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion with little supervision. You will be taking over an existing caseload of work, therefore you will be able to hit the ground running. You must be a qualified conveyancing solicitor or licensed conveyancer with at least 3 years' PQE in handling all aspects of residential property including sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and other areas of conveyancing. Ideally, you will currently be working in a full service firm rather than high volume conveyancer and have a good understanding of property law.
