Overview
Administrator - Post Room Our Client’s Customer Service centre is based in Southampton and provides a full servicing operation to a wide range of brands produced by a leading accessories company. They are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to be based within their Post Room; the role will play a pivotal part in our customer service operation, ultimately supporting the overall service received by customers. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and quality and maintain exceptional standards of administration within a fast-paced environment. Employee training, development and progression is of paramount importance to our client and therefore they will provide relevant training and continuous development opportunities for those employees that demonstrate commitment to us. Role Unpack, Sort and Register incoming products from customers Taking accurate pictures of products upon arrival and uploading these to the service system (SAP) Packing and shipping of products to customers across the UK and Ireland Maintain a high level of accuracy at all times when handling, entering and dispatching watches and customer details onto the service system (SAP) Support with distributing internal post across various departments Communicate in a clear, concise and timely manner to your supervisor and department manager where required Profile A high level of attention to detail Good time management skills and able to effectively prioritise workload A flexible approach, excellent levels of concentration and a proactive outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional Requirements 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent) Strong IT skills SAP experience is desirable
