Job Description
Location : Southampton Salary : to 21k + bonus, free parking, excellent benefits and flexible hours My client is now looking for 2 additional Data Administrators to join their busy team in Central Southampton. This is an excellent time to join them on their growth path and will see you fully supported by a company who invest in their staff. The role is within the central admin/processing hub and will require the successful candidate to have excellent attention to detail as well as good IT literacy. This role will see you assisting and supporting internal colleagues within a compliance/financial/admin type role. The culture of the business means that you will be expected to come in and get on with the tasks in hand. If you want an office where you can chat freely then this isn't the role for you. Don't get me wrong - it's a friendly and supportive environment but you need to focus on your work in order to not make mistakes. The successful candidate will * Have min 1-year office experience - ideally from a regulated background (financial services, banking, legal etc.) although that is not essential * Will have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable with speaking to senior colleagues face to face * Be IT Literal including Word and Outlook * Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail * Confident communicator, both written and verbal * Collaborative worker, with excellent interpersonal skills * Strictly maintaining client confidentiality * Taking ownership on tasks and workload * GCSE's in Math's and English You will gain experience in the following: - * Initial set up of cases across various internal systems * Data entry onto internal case management system * Completion of various due diligence checks * Extracting data from one source and transferring to another * Preparing documents and reports from standard templates * Working to deadlines as specified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Filing of documents into the document management system * Using a variety of information including email and diary systems * Liaising with other members of staff across different disciplines to ensure accuracy of completed work * Assisting with general office duties such as answering the telephone and replying to email Whilst there is career progression in the future for bright, self-motivated individuals they are also looking at people who will work long term in the role.
