Overview
Our Client based in Blackburn are looking to appoint a Service Desk Co-Ordinator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The team work across a number of functions to ensure deliver of Customer Services in an efficient manner to specific Customer SLA’s Based within the Service Operations team this role focuses on the dealings and management of Service tickets with 3rd party Partners. The role requires the individual to process Customer incidents in line with agreed SLA - this will require direct communication with Customers as well as Business Partners Daily Duties include: Ensure all tickets are managed in line with performance targets Ensure all tickets are managed to a successful conclusion Build relationships with key partners and 3rd parties Update Customers on job status Management of tickets being logged out to 3rd parties and partners Provide support to key internal Stakeholders e.g. Service Delivery Management Work with engineering team on complex issues Ensure escalation to management teams when failures may occur To be successful in this role you will need the ability to multitask in a pressurised environment and also adjust your day as jobs come in and change things. You will need to be a self-starter who can work using their own initiative and have excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
