We are proud of the services we provide and with ambitious plans to continue this rapid growth, we are looking for an Administration Manager to join our team at our Service Delivery Centre based in Enfield. This is a great opportunity within our Housing Management business, following the success of the Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract win. The Service Delivery Centre will be the central hub of AASC and based in Enfield providing a back office function. As a Manager you will manage the Accommodation Team who are responsible for allocating bed spaces to Service Users in a timely manner, working closely with the Transport Team to deliver an exceptional Service User experience. This role will lead a team of co-ordinators and team leads to ensure bed spaces are allocated within target. You will administer and deliver the provision of accommodation services, manage the day to day activities and all accommodation matters in accordance with our contractual obligations. Working collaboratively with regional teams and stakeholders will be critical to ensure success. .As the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for Overall responsibility for allocating accommodation, ensuring full compliance and meeting all contractual and financial obligations. Lead, manage, motivate and support Accommodation team in order to deliver contractual service. Ensure the allocation process is effectively managed to maximise income collection and Service User satisfaction. Conduct regular analysis of vacant bed spaces to ensure availability in line with Service User demand Create a positive, continuous improvement culture within the Accommodation Team; embedding and managing through the principals of reward, recognition, ownership and accountability Produce high level reporting for senior management, identifying trends and risks Build and maintain good relationships with internal colleagues, third parties and external organisations to support service delivery. Ensure effective management of risks through planning and service delivery; including escalating to senior management for action in a timely manner. Work collaboratively and proactively with the regional teams to ensure client, customer and service users receive an exceptional service. What are we looking for? You will have demonstrable experience of managing teams, but also managing a successful operation including customer delivery and allocation. The close working relationship with the local team is critical to the success of this role so you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels giving clear direction to others. We are looking for candidates who can think on their feet, be results focused with a proven commercial background and experience of managing performance and working to strict delivery targets. This is a role that requires great time management as managing multiple deadlines will be part of your day to day routine. You will also be - Output driven to deliver contractual requirements Commitment to put the customer at the heart of the service to deliver a great user experience to a diverse client group Process driven candidates with great attention to detail and meticulous record keeping evidenced by maintaining accurate information on IT systems Continuous service improvement - this is a new contract and we need to be open to sharing best practice to ensure we have the right processes and resources in place Performance culture and collaborative working in order to effectively manage and escalate risk As part of the recruitment process for this role, we will require an DBS & BPSS check, as well as Security Clearance.
