Overview
Investigo are currently partnering with an employer of choice based in Northampton. Given an increase in workload and demand in their market, they are looking to recruit a number of new Credit Controllers within their team. In summary, you'll be responsible for managing key accounts & performing such duties as: Responsible for the efficient, timely cash collection of overdue accounts. Accurate invoice production for accounts using SAP software Liaison with Account Directors, Managers and Customers during billing and credit control cycle. Collection of all monies owing and ensuring timely collection of overdue balances. Attend Operational meetings to discuss key accounts. Chasing accounts by letter, telephone and email.
