Overview
Investigo are currently supporting a nationally based business with a head office function in Northampton. Due to an increase in market demand, they are looking to recruit a competent Credit Team Leader to oversee a team of circa 10 individuals. The primary focus of this position is to provide clear structure & guidance to their Credit Control function. Key duties: Provide direct and indirect management of the Credit Control team Oversee training and development of Credit Controllers Maintain a high level of support & standards to both internal and external customers/stakeholders Safeguard all confidential matters and issues Liaise with senior management where matters need escalating Maintain updated information regarding legislation and policies Play an active role in implementing new processes Provide a regular debtor report to senior stakeholders Given the demand and increase in workload for this business, it's highly likely this position will continue to grow and give opportunities to naturally develop into a Commercial Credit Manager position in the near future.
