And like everyone of us, every day, you care about what we do and why we exist. About the role The CashFlows finance department needs an experienced Reconciliations Clerk. This role will involve reconciling a number of bank and general ledger accounts as well as processing reporting from 3rd parties and posting journals from these reports. This will take place within a high-volume and complex settlement team. The settlement team looks after the Groups major cash, assets and liabilities. This role requires someone who is happy dealing with complexity, adaptable to change, who won’t accept the status quo and is comfortable acting at a fast pace. Key tasks Responsibility of reconciling Bank, GL, Scheme & Processor accounts daily, ensuring all tasks and controls are delivered on time and to the appropriate standard. Preparation of payments. Ensuring balances are as expected, understanding and fixing issues that may arise. Supporting process Improvement. Supporting project roll outs. Actively participate in onboarding of programmes. Anything else? You will have proven experience in the following: Proficient in Excel (including pivots, sumifs and vlookups) Experience in a settlements or treasury team for company who own and process high volumes of transactional data. High accuracy and attention to detail. An understanding and awareness of safeguarding. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£27,000 and a 6% employer pension contribution scheme.
