Overview
We are looking for a Junior Patent Paralegal to join a large IP firm in their Central London office. The role will be working alongside experienced patent paralegals and will involve end to end patent administration style tasks. The role offers the opportunity to undertake the CIPA qualification and to also work on a variety of different clients patent portfolios. This is a great chance to utilise the experience you have gained in a secretarial, administrative or records capacity and now progress to being a paralegal. Duties will involve: Preparing, amending and filing UK, EP & PCT patent applications Drafting correspondence and responses to office actions on behalf of your fee earners Liaise with clients and update them on the status of their application Regularly contact the UKIPO and EPO Supporting attorneys on an ad hoc basis Many more This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door and work for a client who is offering an excellent competitive starting salary along with other benefits Do you have the right experience and can do attitude?
