Overview

With the development based in Reading; you will be working within a beautiful marketing suite on a busy development. Your role as Customer Service Coordinator will be to maintain a high level of customer service with the occupants on the development, coordinating with contractors to deal with any post move-in problems with a professional and appropriate manner. This role is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate. Our client is looking to employ the right candidate immediately. The responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator are as follows: Managing incoming customer enquiries, whether that's via email or telephone. Resolving customer issues with efficiency. Upholding customer records aligning with inhouse department protocols. Maintaining close customer relations with occupants on the development, making sure every interaction is conducted in a friendly manner. Working Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5 (can be flexible). The ideal Customer Care Coordinator must have: Availability to commit to an ongoing temp assignment. Ideally will have a minimum of 1 years' experience with New Homes customer care. Strong customer service skills, having the ability to build strong rapport with customers and clients. Excellent Admin skills. Great communication skills, whether that's face to face, telephone or through email. Extremely self - motivated and determined, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
