Accounts Assistant Swinton £18,000-£21,000 Full AAT Study Support Company Overview: The business was established in 2005 and have been seeing year on year growth and have meant they have just moved to a brand-new facility. The business specialises in the distribution of IT equipment to a variety of different companies. You will be working with in a team of 5 helping to support the financial controller, this role has become available as the company is constantly expanding the workload on the accounts team is also growing. Duties: Supporting with the preparation of month end accounts Creating weekly reports for the Financial Controller and Directors Liaising with different internal departments to collect data for reports Processing incoming invoices Placing payments on the weekly payment run Manging your own credit control ledger Dealing with supplier quires Ideal Candidates: The business is looking for someone who has 12-18 months experience working within an accounts team and is currently studying towards their AAT qualification. Also, someone who is wanting to gain more exposure to the different aspects of the accounting functions.
