Temporary - Accounts Assistant - Media City Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance have an excellent Accounts Assistant role in a Multi-Award-Winning Network Operator business in Media City. Recognised in Top 100 Fastest Growing Tech Firms in the North, they have experienced strong year on year growth, with the business now supporting more than 2000 services, across 600 customer, globally. Your new role This exciting opportunity is for a temporary purchase ledger clerk to join an award-winning business whilst they embark on a period of rapid growth. You will be expected to assist with the matching and coding of supplier invoices, assisting with staff expenses, allocating and reconciling supplier accounts, checking any pricing discrepancies. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have previous purchase ledger experience, and you will ideally have had working experience within a finance function. You will be an organised individual and have good written and verbal communication skills. An AAT qualification would be beneficial as this allows you to have a good understanding of why we do these processes, however this isn't essential. What you'll get in return You will receive up to £13 per hour dependant on experience and 23 days holiday ( UK British Public Holidays) which increase with length of service, 1 day off on your birthday.
