Overview

Joining one of our growing clients in the Technology industry the role will be to have overall responsibility for the internal accounting systems and general office management to ensure the office is run effectively on a day to day basis. Main responsibilities: Manage a small team - general office management of procedures and new implementations Produce accurate monthly management accounts onto XERO software. VAT reconciliation Ensure all payments made to suppliers and third parties are made accurately and in line with agreed timescales To manage and control the recording of all financial information on the company's system To oversee Credit Control to ensure the company receives payment within the correct timescales Liaise with auditors and third parties effectively To maintain effective relationships with the bank to support our business requirements Work with the company accountants on the preparation and delivery of the annual accounts To be responsible for managing policies linked to company insurance/finance To ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding company financial matters Candidate Requirements and Benefits Proven experience of Management and transactional accounts Proficient in XERO software Office Management Onsite parking and kitchen facilities Company pension and benefits Flexible working hours if needed (school hours)
