Head of Knowledge Management Social Impact Investment Bank £110,000 - £150,000 I am working with is a multilateral developmental investment bank, who are looking to strengthen their Legal function with a Knowledge Management expert. Reporting directly in to the Chief Counsel, and line management responsibilities. - Assist in establishing a document automation programme - Generating and organising substantive KM content - Leading in the implementation of new tech and IT infrastructure - Training and coaching of staff to ensure knowledge is created and shared effectively within the legal department and across the bank - Modernisation and development of the wider businesses electronic KM systems and content They offer a superb remuneration package, including 15% pension contribution and a very competitive salary and bonus.
